About Us
Since opening our doors in 1973, we’ve grown from a 15 employee sign company to an organization of more than 100 . we have two sign manufacturing sites in the San Diego area and a sales office based in Irvine, CA. Proud to manufacture nearly every sign component in-house, the team at Stanford works hard to competitively price our raw materials to maintain low overhead and our leadership position in the market. What enters our plants as sheet and stainless steel, aluminum, tubing, piping, acrylic and foam, exits as the highest quality channel letters, pylon, monument, cabinet, blade and interior signs found anywhere in the industry.
Enabling our experts to deliver best-in-class signage, Stanford constantly updates critical equipment, ensuring the team works with the very best in wide-format printers, new solvents and U.V . flattops. We’re also proud to have CNC lazer and plasma-cutting systems onsite, and the illumination technologies produced via neon, LED, or H.O. fluorescent can be powered by our solar systems – on or off the grid. All equipment is Stanford-owned, including the seven boom cranes, 16 service trucks and variety of arial lifts, swing stages, bobcats, tractors and dump trucks utilized to support our fast, safe installations.
Servicing national accounts with a strong customer base in the southwestern United States, Stanford welcomes the opportunity to prove to you why we’re a leader in the sign and awning industry.
